Product Refund and Exchange Policy
All products purchased cannot be returnedor exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defectiveproducts only.
Exchange for defective items
Products can only be exchanged fordefective products only.
1. Pleasecontact our customer service within 3days upon receipt of the products
2. Productscan only be refunded or exchanged provided that the packaging must have neverhave been opened.
3. Noexchange will be allowed for the products have been opened.
4. Theproducts will be checked before delivery. No exchange is allowedfor the products received during delivery.
5. Pleaseclaim the compensation for the product damage during delivery. We will assist for theclaim.
