How to use:
  1. Pump a little shower gel onto the palm of your hand or onto a bath ball or sponge, add water, knead and massage to cleanse.
  2. Areas prone to greasiness and sweating, such as the neck, chest, behind the ears, and armpits, can be cleaned more intensively.
  3. Bathing: First put an appropriate amount of water in the bathtub and pour 50g of shower gel. The water temperature is about 37 degrees and does not need to be too hot.  Soak the whole body for about 15 minutes.  After bathing, just wipe it dry with a bath towel. No need to rinse with water.
